Investment Banker to Baker, Nina Siljanovic opened the doors at her Vaucluse bakery, The Nutty Baker in 2015 and has been charming the community ever since!
With her signature hand-made Amaretti being the foundation of her nutty creations, The Nutty Baker now has a loyal local client base and cult following on social media. Nina’s love of all things nutty stems from her days working in The Strand’s most long standing and iconic The Nut Shop (circa. 1940) whilst at university. The unique use of nuts in her baking is what stands Nina apart; Australian where possible and of the highest quality, utilising different varieties based on their seasonality.
Nina’s cakes have been featured on Urban Walkabout ‘Guide to Sydney’s best cakes’. The focus of Nutty baker is creating wonderful, honest cake with a strong emphasis on customer experience.
