The Pendolino Group’s Executive Chef and Owner, Nino Zoccali, brings decades of hospitality experience to your event. Nino opened his first restaurant in Western Australia’s Margaret River region at age 25. After establishing Otto Ristorante Italiano at Sydney’s Woolloomooloo Wharf, he headed to The Strand to open Pendolino in 2008 and La Rosa The Strand in 2011. The acclaimed chef is also a cookbook author and renowned olive-oil expert.
Group Sommelier Cristian Casarin has poured wines in some of Europe’s most iconic restaurants and bars, and has been popping corks at hatted restaurants across Sydney for over 10 years.
